Kelly Knaggs—a Vans Apparel Designer, artist, outdoor enthusiast, traveler, and avid snowboarder—recently challenged herself to do a “100 day” series, where she aimed to create one painting each day for 100 days in a row, each one inspired by the outdoor scenery she’d encounter on her adventures. To celebrate Kelly’s pursuit of creative expression, we’ve translated her artwork onto a short sleeve t-shirt, allowing everyone to enjoy her unique vision.The specific painting on this t-shirt was inspired by her travels to the Sierra Nevada Mountain range in California. Kelly regularly challenges herself to paint using a palette knife instead of brushes, and she wanted to play with the different colors in the sunset on this piece.
